  • Deal pipeline management tools
  • Document processing and management
  • Communication and collaboration features
  • Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Types and Responsibilities

Property Owners/Borrowers

The Platform is free for property owners. You agree to provide accurate information about your properties and financing needs.

Brokers

Brokers agree to maintain required licenses, act in the best interest of clients, and comply with all applicable regulations.

Lenders

Lenders agree to maintain required licenses, respond to submissions in a timely manner, and comply with fair lending practices.

5. Fees and Payment

Brokers and lenders are subject to subscription fees as outlined in our pricing. All fees are:

  • Billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annual)
  • Non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by PropertyCapital.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any loan application will be approved
  • Any match or recommendation will result in a transaction

9. Limitation of Liability

PropertyCapital.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
